Treatment to all areas of your property. Household items must be moved from floors and away from internal and external walls prior to treatment. For pet bond flea treatment the carpets and floor coverings must be cleaned and dry prior to treatment. Two treatments required at 1 week intervals.
Spider Treatment $195
Includes outside walls, eaves and fences in front and rear yards, dusting of roof voidsW. Treated using environmental considerate and conscious chemicals backed by a 3 month warranty.
Ant Treatment $285
Specialized chemical used to all accessible internal and external areas of the property including roof voids.
General Pest Spray (all non-termite pests) $295
Treatment includes ants, cockroaches and spiders in accessible areas of the property including roof voids.

Treatment to all accessible areas of the external perimeter areas of the house.
Visual Termite Inspection Report $200
Inspection report for termites to AS 3660.2-2010.Includes a 12 page report on the inspection of the property. Inspection of the house/property includes the use of moisture meter and thermal infra-red imaging camera for a more accurate detection of termites.
Pre Purchase Inspection Report $275
